I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Munich, Bavaria) in Dec 2017
Interview
Conversation on background, job history, sales experience, strength and development areas with the hiring manager. In addition, he shared more insights on the Salesforce philosophy, organization, product portfolio and territories. Second round were two interviews with the vertical lead and sales lead Germany. Very friendly and open atmosphere.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
