A great process! I applied for the internship for college students. I applied and was referred internally by a contact at Salesforce and was selected to interview a week later. I had two rounds. My first round was two 45 minute skype interviews and both interviewers were incredibly passionate about what they do and asked challenging questions. For the final round I had to prepare a 15 minute presentation and interviewed with a senior director who asked behavioral and high-level engineering questions and was incredibly smart, humble, personable, and passionate about Salesforce. My recruiter was super prompt and nice throughout.
