Support Engineer Tier III - Developer Support Interview

      2 Apr 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Mar 2017

      Interview

3 Stages 1. Quickfire technical phone interview asking about a multitude of technical thing to do with network headers, http headers, protocols, request types, etc. Meant to guage the level of learning required. 2. Technical Task(do a thing using Apex and Visualforce pages) and presentation of the technical tasks to a developer with questions about approach and so on. Guage how quick you can learn and how vaguely technical you are. 3. Onsite Interview with Managers and Team Member: HR related questions and CV questions, fairly standard faire. Discussion of what the job is, getting a vibe for team fit, etc. Very quick turnaround rate on response after each stage, really helped to keep the energy up when you're applying instead of waiting in limbo.
