      Interview

I submitted my applications at Salesforce career page, and the recruiter got back to me about 2 months later. The recruiter phone screen was pretty standard, and they asked about your past experience, and what you looked for. Then they set up a technical phone interview. I failed in technical phone interview, they ask a lot of JavaScript knowledge, and I didn't well prepared.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2022

      Interview

The interview was conducted online and focused on evaluating my problem-solving skills and understanding of algorithms. During the session, the interviewer presented me with a specific algorithmic problem, which I was required to solve within a set timeframe. After completing the task, I explained my approach, including the logic behind my solution, the steps I took to optimize the algorithm, and any challenges I encountered along the way. This process allowed me to demonstrate my technical proficiency and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

      Front End Developer Interview

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce

      Interview

Hiring screen with manager followed by Remote programming test in javascript. Two team got interested after this and gave onsite in both teams. Engineers were really excited and it was a great positive experience overall. But interview with team lead was not so great as he gave me vague question I asked him series of questions to narrow down details. Once we agreed I started building and he realized he made mistake in giving details and wasted 20 min in interview. I got a call from recruiter at around 9 PM asking for my salary and stuff. That gave me indication everything went great and she told me that she will call me tomorrow. Later I came to know from her they are pursuing other candidate and next week will make decision. Later I got rejection and recruiter personally called me over phone to notify me as I was very excited about this opportunity which was very nice.
