They even connected me with someone currently in the role I applied for, demonstrating their genuine care and commitment. 2) Early Access to Mentorship: Following a motivational interview, I was granted access to Salesforce's mentorship program. This swift inclusion underscores Salesforce's dedication to supporting candidates. Interview Support: At every stage, they provided all the necessary information for me to prepare. What's more, they displayed a remarkable level of care. I remember texting my interviewer after the interview, and to my surprise, I received positive feedback within mere seconds.
