The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Ciudad de Mexico) in Jan 2026
Interview

Interview
A mere thumbs-up hardly does justice to Salesforce's exceptional interview process! It's genuinely difficult to express how truly amazing it has been. Here's a breakdown of what makes it stand out: 1) Recruitment with Heart: It all started when a recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and scheduled our first call. What sets Salesforce apart is that they didn't rush into the typical interview questions. Instead, they began by saying, "Ask me anything you want to know right now." It wasn't about impressing them; it was about ensuring I could discover if Salesforce was the right fit for me. They even connected me with someone currently in the role I applied for, demonstrating their genuine care and commitment. 2) Early Access to Mentorship: Following a motivational interview, I was granted access to Salesforce's mentorship program. This swift inclusion underscores Salesforce's dedication to supporting candidates. Interview Support: At every stage, they provided all the necessary information for me to prepare. What's more, they displayed a remarkable level of care. I remember texting my interviewer after the interview, and to my surprise, I received positive feedback within mere seconds. That level of responsiveness was truly impressive. Final Interview Excellence: The final interview required case preparation, and once again, Salesforce went above and beyond. They not only supplied all the essential materials for preparation but also arranged for a seasoned professional to call me and invest 20 minutes in getting me thoroughly ready. I'm writing this review with goosebumps still fresh from that call and the overall experience. While I can't speak to what it's like to work at Salesforce yet, if it's even remotely as fantastic as this interview process, I am more than happy. My heartfelt thanks go out to the entire Salesforce team for orchestrating this remarkable recruiting journey. Your dedication to candidates truly makes you invaluable to society! I had an open question from my last call. 20 minutes after we finished, he called me again and answered the question. This really feels like a simulation with the title: 'What Should the Absolute Perfect Recruiting Process Look Like to Engage People ;)
