I enjoyed the interview process, the first meeting with the HR person gave me a perspective in terms of the rule and also the company's culture. After passing to the second part I then schedule more four interviews (~1h each) with tech leads/senior engineers from different areas, which was good because I could interact with them and hear about how everything works in the company from different points of view. All the interviewers were friendly, engaged with my experiences and skills explanations, and tried to really understand what I have done in the past, approaches that I and my previous teams have decided to take, and other interesting topics. It is always good to have discussions to understand the reasons for decisions, so I had good chats with them. My only suggestion is to decrease the time between the last interview and the final answer to the process, anxiousness can be a problem during this waiting period.

I applied online to SOCi software engineer position. Within a few days, I received an email stating they were interested and wanted me to complete a 30 - 45-minute long coding test. It was a poorly structured Google survey with pictures of code. Not something we could easily copy and paste into my own editor. I spent 45 minutes on the questions 10 minutes of which was just typing the code in to my own editor. I turned in the questionnaire two days after I received it and have so far been ghosted. A month later no response. No rejection, no next steps, no feedback, just a waste of time.
