Pros

This role is fast paced and blends technical configurations with client communications, so no two workdays are exactly alike. Great role for developing versatile skills in building customer relationships, project management, and technical problem solving. This position is less technical than I imagine this role would be at other places- it's more so providing a white glove onboarding experience for customers and customizing the platform based on their use case. Fun to work with a diverse range of customers and lots of autonomy working on projects. Innovative company to be at in the age of AI

Cons

Tight deadlines to get customers set up on time, but you are at the mercy of the clients readiness. If they don't have things organized on their side, it can cause significant delays. New products and features are also rolled out so quickly that we often don't have time to learn how to implement them before we're expected to set things up. New AI products are being rolled out while old AI agents aren't working properly and no one seems to know how they work internally and the quantity of agentic upsells is way too much for the team to handle, especially when every set up requires extensive trouble-shooting

Pros

I couldn't be happier with my decision to join Soci. The standout feature here is definitely the people, everyone is brilliant, kind and incredibly supportive. From day one, I felt like a valued part of the team. The culture is collaborative rather than competitive, which makes coming to work every day a genuinely great experience.

Cons

No real complaints. Navigating growth means we're constantly building out new processes, but it’s a fun challenge.
