one face to face and then discussion via phone with peers and general questions about opportunity. huge on target earnings that were not included in offer. they gave deadline for offer and once hesitated to consider they just move on since view candidates as warm bodies.... said OTE was $310k, but would not include in offer or visibiity into plan.... however offer was only for base of $110 and would have to trust them.

First you will be invited for an in-take conversation with recruiter. If that turns out to out well, you will be invited for a conversation with your future manager. This conversation typically takes one hour.
As a next step, you will have to prepare for a Panel presentation for a larger audience.
