Applied online, quick response from the recruiter. Despite the negative sentiment of Glassdoor reviews I decided to proceed as everyone I was talking to was very friendly, open - also about the recent changes and the product seems to be very interesting. Almost informal conversation with hiring manager. Then a 2 phase panel interview (intake and presentation + a written strategy). Phase 1 was like an internal hand over, both participants where searching for information in their briefings all the time which felt a bit awkward. Quite an intense process and also didn't felt like I got the information needed during the interview. Questions to the recruiter remained unanswered, so I decided to step out of the process.
