Interview
Very strange, mostly non-technical, interview with Tech Lead. Asked me common questions and nothing about technologies. I'm waiting for test task after it and nothing. After my question HR said that Tech Lead didn't see my seniority level. So I don't know how they will find somebody with such interviewing process.

Technical homework (few hours of work), two rounds of interview, first was more about getting to know each other, the second was more technical - focused on python, web frameworks, APIs etc.
