Ripcord interview questions

The recruiting team was very nice and explained the process very well and answered my questions. I felt comfortable knowing what to expect in the interview. 1 hour initial interview with technical questions/coding assessment that starts with 15 minutes with the VP of engineering explaining Ripcord.

Went through 3 rounds of interviews and things were going well before Covid hit and company paused on process. Reached out to me 4 months later to start it up again, but when discussions were to be scheduled they said they found someone the Board recommended. Liked company but process and communication should have been managed much better.
