Extremely unprofessional process and HR throughout the entire recruitment cycle. There was no clarity about the steps I was taking or feedback given after each meeting. Calls or communication with HR was sparse and useless. Despite Multiple HR involved the final negotiation was with the hiring manager. Several email threads with different people from the company who seemed not to communicate well with each other. The company seems headed in the right direction but the HR and recruitment department needs to be examined. No transparency or open communication, which I took as a red flag.
