The interview process at RBC was extremely fast, easy, and straight-forward. There was a total of three rounds, which spanned across approximately two weeks. Follow-up regarding next steps and feedback from HR was fast and prompt.
Initial resume screening by HR.
A short phone or video interview to assess basic fit.
One or two rounds of in-depth interviews with the hiring manager and team members.
A final stage, which may include a case study or skills assessment, depending on the role.
