the process was easy and okay. it took 30 minutes and it was basic questions. please study the basic questions of interview and connect someone in the same role in the company
Initial resume screening by HR.
A short phone or video interview to assess basic fit.
One or two rounds of in-depth interviews with the hiring manager and team members.
A final stage, which may include a case study or skills assessment, depending on the role.

They asked me to walk them through my past experience and explain how it relates to the role.
They asked me about a challenging project I handled and how I solved the issues.
The interview process at RBC was extremely fast, easy, and straight-forward. There was a total of three rounds, which spanned across approximately two weeks. Follow-up regarding next steps and feedback from HR was fast and prompt.
