      Project Manager Interview

      26 Apr 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at R3 (London, England) in Apr 2021

      Interview

An internal recruiter reached out through LinkedIn. The two people I interviewed with were a friendly, professional bunch. There was little discussion about their blockchain software and any open-ended questions I made weren’t met with particularly detailed responses (I hadn’t signed an NDA so it’s no surprise really). I went through to the final (third) interview round. I was disappointed to have to chase the internal recruiter for a week regarding results/feedback. I was told the recruiter in question was on annual leave, but would have thought the process would be mature enough for a colleague to pick up (my follow-up was to a generic company email)?. Feedback eventually supplied was neither here nor there; I can only presume I wasn't a personality-fit for the team. I enjoyed the interview; I didn't appreciate being kept in the dark for over a week.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review and apologies that it seems to have taken a little longer than usual for us to provide feedback. We're glad your experience with us was still a positive one and we will reflect on how we can better improve processes moving forwards. On occasion, feedback is delayed due to colleagues (Hiring Managers, Recruiters etc) being out of the office on annual leave, but we always work to get candidates feedback as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this instance to our attention.

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at R3

      Interview

I recently went through a four-round interview process, and I was impressed with how well-organized and efficient the entire experience was. From the beginning, I was kept well-informed about the company’s structure, cultural background, values, and future directions, which allowed me to prepare thoroughly. I was also given the opportunity to learn about the team I would be meeting in advance, which helped me approach the interviews with confidence. The interviewers were professional, respectful, and genuinely interested in getting to know me, making the process feel more like a collaborative conversation rather than just an assessment. The questions were engaging and thoughtful, allowing me to showcase my skills and fit for the role. I also appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the company’s culture and team dynamics.

      Product Manager Interview

      5 Jan 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at R3 (London, England) in Dec 2021

      Interview

A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin. I had an initial interview. The person I met with was very friendly and professional and definitely seemed like someone I'd be happy to work with. We overran as we were having an interesting conversation. There was obviously some discussion around Blockchain and their products, but nothing too detailed. Feedback was positive and they invited me for the final rounds of interviews, which would have been 3 in total. However, hours before my interviews all of my interviewers mysteriously got Covid (before both sets) so they were cancelled and planned to be rescheduled after the holidays. When I was reached out to by the recruiter to reschedule them I provided times, but was then told the next day the role had been put on hold. Disappointed to have my time wasted and I can't see how a role can be approved and then for it to suddenly be put on hold. Not a particularly positive experience and doesn't put them in the best light

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

A few classic behavioural questions and a discussion of CV and current role. Nothing out of the ordinary thankfully
