R.R. Donnelley Assistant Manager interview questions

attended face to face interview , Traveled 150 KM to attend this , Also cleared all rounds , shared requested documents to release the offer letter. they delayed offer letter more than 45 days. not given proper answers, they also told me not to look opportunities outside , we really need you like this and all, but when i am nearing to my LWD , they told role not approved from the management. without getting approval why they are wasting our time and giving fake commitments. this is my bad experience. who ever looking for opportunities From RRD, have backup offer, this is my experience and suggestion as senior person .
