R.R. Donnelley Document Specialist interview questions

Phone interview with recruiter first; then in-person interview with immediate supervisor and general manager. Discussed past experience in law firm documentation department and software utilized therein - noted that I had extensive experience with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, but limited in Adobe Pro (though substantial in Nuance/Kofax Pdf).

So far, the interview process has been clear and well-organized. I started with an initial HR discussion where we talked about the role and expectations. That was followed by a technical round focused on my documentation experience, tools like MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and version control platforms. I appreciated the attention to detail in the questions—it really reflected the precision expected in the role.
