It was fairly straight forward. The final step was a panel interview. This is where I had the problem. I felt disrespected because one of them was texting while I was doing my interview. I felt that was very unprofessional

Interview
The first interview was a screener, the second interview was with the outbound manager (was not the person I was told it would be), and the third was a panel interview.
Phone call Screening. I was reached out by the Hiring Coordinator, and was requested to choose a time for a 15 minute Screening Call. We went over basic questions on my background, why I see myself in this role at Quickbase. My salary expectations, work responsibilities.
