Quick and organized. Working with the recruiters at Quantum Metric was easy and without any surprises. The process consisted of 5 rounds, meeting with the recruiter, meeting the team manager, a pair programming session, talking with the SVP of Product and Engineering, and lastly meeting with the CEO.
