Standard process; initial phone screen followed by an onsite panel. Initially quick turnaround with screen happening on a Tuesday and onsite panel occurring that Friday.
Standard industry questions; what's your process, describe an issue and how you overcame, etc. Left feeling good about the team and company; however, that changed after the first follow up.
I followed up after the panel and was told to expect feedback early next week; heard nothing early and followed up that Friday, a week after the panel. Was told firm answer would be had that coming Monday.
Monday comes and goes with no answer. Reach out on Tuesday only to be told a firm answer would be had no later than the next day. No contact the next day.
Removed myself from consideration as it's worrisome when a company can not make a decision about hire in nearly two weeks.
