Interview
Basic phone assessment, followed by basic technical interview and questionnaire, followed by a longer conversation with tech lead and CTO.
The phone assessment was basic screening. The tech interview was a casual discussion, followed by a 5 page series of questions. Pretty easy. The time with lead and CTO was more of a casual conversation.
