Interview process is very good and it will be monitored by all QE crafts. It will have three to four rounds. Sometime it will have redo rounds based on the condition
Publicis Sapient’s QA interview usually involves 2–3 rounds:
Online assessment/coding test (MCQs + basic coding)
Technical interview(s) covering Java, OOP, SQL, testing concepts, frameworks
Managerial/HR interview to assess fit and communication

Pathetic Experience. Got a call from recruiter and explained me the JD. Interview got scheduled and I joined the call. Interviewer came 15 minutes late and started asking programming questions irrelevant to the skill mentioned in JD. Upon explaining he just told me that did recruiter not mention required skill is different. It fully demotivated me and he did not even take the full interview as per the JD. Miscommunication between the recruiter and the Interviewer.
