This interview process was a waste of my time. I was so excited when I learned about this position, and after applying, I quickly received a phone call and was told they thought I'd be a perfect fit due to having both education and sales experience. A second interview was set up, and I spoke with the interviewer on the phone for over an hour. Pleased with my second interview, a week later, I was asked to interview via a series of video questions. At this point, the interview process had already taken nearly 2 weeks, and I thought for sure I nailed the position, seeing as I had made it to round 3. After this, I was notified they loved my video interview, and would be setting up a 4th and final. A few days passed without me hearing back, so I followed up. I was told by the recruiter that she was waiting to hear from
higher up. A WEEK went by, nothing. I followed up again, and was assured by the recruiter that she was still working on rescheduling my 4th. Fast forward a week- I receive an email letting me know sales territories are changing, and rather than hire in Utah, they would be hiring in New Mexico.
All in all- thank you for misleading me, and wasting my time.
