I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. 7 rounds of interview including hiring manager, Take Home assignment, Panel, Cross-functional teams rounds -2, and Head of product round. The entire process took 1.5 months and everyone praised my expertise and skill till the last round. Things went upside down after the final round. HR politely conveyed the rejection saying my experience doesn't match the requirement of the job !! Really? It took one and half months to say this. I invested most of my time on these interviews and assessment. I don't think this is the experience that any applicant deserves
