I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PolSource in Mar 2021
Interview
Initial call and then two, 1 hour video interviews with current PolSource employees (very pleasant conversations). Final interview was a 4-person panel presentation for a case study presented.
However, after the final interview, I was not given a final offer. The reason that the recruiter gave me was that I did not have enough Salesforce experience and they did not want to "put me in a position to fail." I clearly laid out in every interview that I had less than 1 year of SF experience. I spent 8 hours total with this interview process that ended up being a waste of time. Please think through this for future candidates as this was the worst experience I've ever had interviewing for a company.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PolSource (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
2 remote phone interviews wirh delivery director and Sr PM and panel case study with 4 team members including senior leadership. all in all the process took only four weeks before very attractive offer.
Thank you for your feedback on your interview experience. Being fully remote + the additional travel constraints due to COVID, makes for an interesting interview process! We're happy to hear you had a positive experience!
