The owner Randall Hankins (also the manager) at Peakey Enterprise email me about the job. So I set up a time with him for the interview. There were 2 rounds on phone. Then he invited me to the company for in-person interview. It took me more than 6 hours driving back and fourth for that interview cuz I'm living 3 and half hours away. I met the whole company employees (which were about 10 people total). They asked a lot of technical, and situation questions. I wasn't as confident as I should be, but I did my best. Can't think of what to make it better, but after 2 weeks, I did not get any response from the company. I followed up by emailing the manager, asking how my interview status is. NO RESPONSE. They didn't appreciate all that time that I took for the interview. I felt so pissed. All I want is the feedback of either they are hiring me or not. No one walked me to the door after the interview neither. Show no appreciation.
