I given 3 technical discussions and the first one is normal technical discussion The second and third technical discussions are high level like architecture questions, design patterns and db design and many to many relationships handling in sql. If they want dba developer they can hire dba or technical architect means technical architect. Having 7 years experience they want dba developer with technical architect.fully disappointed with the interview process and time consuming.
