After those 3 interviews, they bring you into the office to do a demo of the platform and actively cold call. They send you a video of the mobile app but do not allow you access to practice in the app beforehand. You present a demo to the sales team and then that is followed by a cold calling session with the expectation you book 3 meetings from their lead list. I was there around 3-4 hours in the office and the rest of the team was also cold calling. Not a single person booked 3 meetings in the time frame I was there. If you don't book 3 intro meetings from cold calling, you do not get an offer. It's a strange thing to expect sales reps to cold call into a territory and handle objections on a software they are not familiar with or ever used before.
