First was a Phone screening with recruiter, then In person interview with Sales manager, then In Person presentation with sales team and working interview doing cold calls for a half day, finally a video interview with regional manager.

Long process and have to set meetings in front of a manager on the phone. They have you come into the office and make cold calls without knowing the product at all.

Interview

Strung me along through the interview process only to say they were going with someone else after basically telling me I had the job. Then heard that they were starting the interview process with someone I knew indicating they were not going with someone else.
