I applied online through Olivia on the Paradox website and had an initial phone screening call. After that set up an in person interview. 2+ weeks later I was contacted and was not selected for a followup interview.

The interview process was highly personalized and transparent. I felt my interviewers were genuinely trying to get to know me as a whole person, beyond my resume. They answered a range of questions and their enthusiasm and passion for the company and mission showed.
