Call with recruiter, and then hiring manager. Hiring manager identified that the h/c would be delayed for several months, but that my skill set was a good match and wanted to keep the conversation going. A week later I got an email from the recruiter saying they were going with other candidates. When I asked for clarity around the disparate messaging, I was met with silence. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Went through 2 phone interviews, then went in twice for 2 onsite interviews. Interviewed with 4 people for the onsite.
Everyone that I interviewed with were pleasant and respectful. They answered my questions thoroughly when I asked them. Everything was straight forward for a standard interview.
