Worked as an intern on a project, which was well received. They offered me the chance to go forward with an interview for a full-time position. The interview was with members of the team and very straightforward as they already knew my coding ability and I had experience with the culture. Most of the interview was talking about what I had learned while working on the project and what I liked about PAN. The hiring/offer process was EXTREMELY well done. They knew I would be interviewing at other places so they let me know that I had an offer waiting, but held back on the details until I was ready to make a decision (ie received other offers). When they did release the offer, they gave me a lot of initial time to think about it and allowed me to extend the time when I was having difficulty deciding.
