I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Palo Alto Networks
Interview
Was reached out to for an initial interview, then told to follow-up if I hadn’t heard back and when I did there was no response. A week later the same recruiter reached out with a canned message and said to disregard. It absolutely gave me a negative view of the company after already seeing negative feedback on Glassdoor from current/past employees.
what a bad candidate experience. I felt like being in the 90s: screening-out questions in order to find mistakes, no smile and very closed body language of the interviewer. No selling of the company..dont they know the IT market is ultra-competitive and that candidates decide based also on their experience in interviews?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Palo Alto Networks (Santa Clara, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Was very quick, decisive, professional and met with several key stakeholders. Everyone was very cordial. professional and provided insight to the opportunities and challenges (were very direct about the areas of improvement and that I'd be facing). They also took the opportunity show me around the campus. Also, Jordan was my HR/Recruiting coordinator who was extremely professional and service oriented.
