Two phone interviews and two onsite interviews. First phone screening was with a recruiter - questions were straight forward. The second phone interview with hiring manager was also straight forward focused on skill set competency. The first onsite meeting was comprised of four individual interviews with the hiring manager and peers. Questions were culture fit and behavioral based. Second onsite was with a VP of Ops with a combination of technical, culture fit, and behavioral based questions. Overall the hiring went really smoothly. This was the best, most organized hiring process I've experienced.
