The interview process was really straightforward and well-structured. It consisted of four (4) phases: Screening call with the recruiter, interview with the hiring manager, cross-panel interview with senior directors and last interview with local area director. The interviewers were really professional and asked only relevant questions related to your expertise and requirements for the role. The recruiter kept me well informed during the process with regular check-ins and I had a feeling that they care about the candidates.
