First, I had a short interview with HR team and then I had another interview with Team Lead and I did a home task. The interview questions were mostly about the company, my career, and the job. Interview was going well but I didn't get the result for more than one month. And I realized I didn't pass the interview after I asked the Team Lead by myself.

Interview
I applied on Pactum's website. The whole interview process was so quick and effective, it only took less than 3 weeks before I got the offer!
My initial interview was held within a week after submitting the application. After the interview, a Home Task was given with enough time to prepare, but I finished much earlier before the deadline.
The final interview was between me and two interviewers (one future boss and one colleague from another department).
Overall, I felt I was going to be a good fit not only for the position, but for the company after experiencing the interview process with the warm support of future colleagues.
