I received an invitation to schedule a Zoom interview with HR one month after applying. The recruiter did not show up to the meeting and did not respond to my email asking if they were late or needed to reschedule.

In general, the interview went very well. I was not satisfied however with the outcome. I think that my expertise was underestimated. I would definitely recommend the company, but I would advise choosing the right interviewer who is professional enough to make a final judgement
