The process was quite fast as the company was in a fast-growth period, therefore they needed to hire people.
First call was with a project manager, to discuss the profile and the possible fit with one of the vacancies available in different teams.
Second call with the team leader of the chosen vacancy, it was mainly a discussion about the recent experience and knowledge of the software used inside the team.
Final step was with the project manager again, to discuss the fit with the role plus a couple of final logic question about SQL.
