The process consisted of 3 rounds of online interviews over approximately three weeks. The first two sessions were excellent; speaking with the Hiring Manager and the Team Lead was a great experience. They were professional, and I received invitations to the next stages on the same day, right after the interviews.
However, the third round was with one of the Managing Directors. Unlike the previous rounds, this session felt significantly less engaged. Despite reaching the final stage and being asked to provide deep technical insights and personal transparency, the final decision felt abrupt. It was disappointing to go through a rigorous three-round process—including handling high-stakes questions in less-than-ideal circumstances—only to feel that the final interviewer wasn't as 'invested' as the initial team.
