Orbitax interview questions

In response to the question regarding my initial 90-day plan, if I secure the position, I developed a 30-60-90 day plan featuring specific actions and key performance indicators (KPIs). Within the first 30 days, I will focus on understanding the company culture and building relationships with team members, while also familiarizing myself with ongoing projects. The following 30 days would involve assessing current strategies and implementing improvements based on feedback. Finally, in the last 30 days, I would evaluate the impact of these changes and prepare a presentation for the leadership team to share my findings and future recommendations.
