the most important step is the 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. the other process are just process. The time for offer letter preparation is long -- 4 weeks and very confusing.

First interview with recruiter was more informational. The second was with the sales management team and that was a little more formal. Expect "name a time when" questions. They focus a lot on quota and negotiation skills.
