      Full Stack Developer Interview

      23 Apr 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Madrid
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Madrid) in Apr 2025

      Interview

I was initially contacted by someone from the Talent Acquisition team, and we scheduled a phone screening. However, on the day of the call, I received a cancellation email with instructions to contact another Talent Acquisition representative (Person B) to rebook the meeting. I reached out to Person B but received no response, so I followed up via email. Eventually, she replied asking for my availability, which I promptly provided. I didn’t hear back, but instead received an appointment for a date that happened to be a national holiday—despite not having included that date in my availability. I followed up again for clarification. Only after this second message did I receive a response from Person B, and we were finally able to schedule the meeting. Later, I was informed that I had advanced to the next stage—the technical interview. I was asked to share my availability for the following two weeks and to contact another Talent Acquisition representative (Person C), who would be continuing the process. I followed these instructions as requested. Two days later, I received an unexpected email stating that I was no longer being considered for the role, without ever having had any communication with Person C. I reached out for clarification, but I’m still waiting for a response.
