Recruiter-> Hiring Manager -> Peer Interview --> VP Sales
Recruiter was just trying to hit their quota. They thought I was a good fit and elevated my expectations. In retrospect they were misleading.
Hiring Manager stated they were planning on leaving soon.
Peer Interview was very insightful and realistic.
VP swtiched up the territory I was applying for last minute wich turned me off from the opportunity. They never ended up following up.
Screening with Recruiter and 1st stage with HM. No feedback after interview, even after following with an email still no feedback which is a shame for such a big name.

fast and quick with detailed description of job responsibility and outlines by the hiring manager. expectations were set and aligned and the company followed through. Longer process than some but manageable.
