Was a 3 step interview process, first interview was a screening with the hiring manager. Second was a screening with a SDR leader who was great and gave a task of researching target prospects and providing an outreach list and strategy. The final was an interview with the founder who seemed very intense and not at all a people person, he asked some very blunt questions and put me off an otherwise quite feeling company.
