Very simple process but not well executed. The recruiter does not send meeting invites. But a separate email where they copy and paste zoom links. They sent me the wrong zoom links and I was late to an interview. Interviews were simple questions. I did get one interviewer, higher up leadership, who didn’t want to do interviews. He would sigh and huff the entire interview so I kept answers short. Because of these two situations I thought I did not get the role. However after a few weeks they let me know their interest and that they are finalizing paperwork for an offer. And told me when I would get that offer. I followed up after the deadline heard nothing. A week later I get one ATS system rejection emails. The ones you get when you don’t pass first screening from applying online. I interviewed with them for two months and was told I was getting an offer, they should have called.
