It was a great experience. One of the best interviews I have had during my career. The process is professional and the company approach is very human. Although I didn't manage to get an offer - the requirements were high for my current experience, I’d love to stay in touch and keep the door open for future opportunities to contribute to OTGS.

The onboarding process typically involves three steps: HR interview, team introduction, and a culture fit interview. These steps ensure a smooth transition into the company and help establish a positive working relationship with colleagues.
- Entrevista inicial con recursos humanos, para conocer al candidato y comprobar el "cultural fit".
- Entrevista tecnica con el Team Lead, ejercicio de dificultad media de aproximadamente un hora de duracion usando las tecnologias relacionadas con el puesto de trabajo.
