      NOC Operator II Interview

      12 Jun 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OnSolve in Jun 2024

      Interview

Recruiter reached out to me about position. Applied then was asked about my experiences with several services and operating systems. Set a date and time for phone followup. Recruiter was texting about having a Teams interview before my scheduled phone followup but due to my 2nd employer couldn't get a available time. Recruiter stated that having multiple jobs could be a conflict for them. Was asked if employed would I end employment with 2nd employer, advised Yes. Gave my available times for Teams interview. No Teams interview was scheduled. Time arrives (1200PM MST) for my followup phone interview and recruiter was a no-show. Called recruiter and left a vm at 10 minutes after. Recruiter called back 5 minutes later and was confused that didn't know or remember we had an appointment but then advised that my skills are NOT what they are looking for as they needed someone with more experience in and area that I have none. Ended call rather upset at the whole issue. Then received a text at 1225 from the recruiter stating that he apologizes, overlooked the schedule and wished me the best for my job search. This is not the way to recruit. This is not a good first impression. If you have to end a job to get a job then maybe that new job isn't for you.
