I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OfficeSpace Software
Interview
Discussions around previous projects and outcomes. Interviewer feedback feels really confrontational to my answers. Asked to design an online ordering system. This system is completely unrelated to the company's business model.
The process it self was pretty engaging in the beginning. 5 interviews, submitted multiple case studies, qualifications exceeded the experience they were looking for, showed that I have done this exact role before and was able to deliver without being overly confident. Amazing culture fit with everyone I talked to throughout the process. The CEO was incredibly pushy during the interviews. Not good cop bad cop but seemed to intentionally try to rattle me and it seemed incredibly artificial. My responses were perfect and calm, answering questions with exactly what they needed to hear. I received the auto rejection the next day. I received zero feedback from the interview team despite 30+ emails back and forth prior to the last round. I would not recommend this company.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you built a process and owned the outcome.
HR reached out for an interview but they no-showed for every call. They didn't even try to reschedule the last attempt, and after multiple tries I decided to withdraw my application. Super unprofessional.
