I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at OJO Labs (Austin, TX) in Jun 2019
Interview
Their internal recruiter contacted me, and I responded after reading their positive reviews here. The recruiter did a fairly good job selling the company, and setup a 1-hour interview at 7am with their CTO "Q^2". The CTO seemed nice, but she asked a very long list of behavioral questions (no technical), most of which were awkward, didn't apply to me, or rarely happen in the workplace.
If I was actively seeking a job, I would have probably followed-up. Since I'm only casually looking, the experience just felt like an awkward way to start an employment relationship, and I didn't have any compelling reasons to continue the process.

Question 1
Most of the questions were about failure, conflict with coworkers, and areas of recent improvement.
