      Technical Account Manager (TAM) Interview

      2 Mar 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Noname (CA) in Nov 2022

      Interview

The Noname HR team worked with an outside firm to identify me and manage the interview process. The recruiter helped me to prepare for the interviews and checked in throughout. A series of interviews, starting with the COO, and a pair of technical interviews that included a two part presentation validated my security and speaking skills. The final interviews were with the HR team. I enjoyed the process and the conversations with everyone I spoke to. An offer was made promptly and I felt everyone was very transparent about expectations.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to prepare a one hour, two part presentation. Part 1 on a technology stack I was comfortable with, and Part 2 as a deep dive into API security findings I could uncover and explain using API security testing tools.
